McCoy Associates - Third Party Marketing Firm
McCoy Associates was recently hired to represent the firm's Small/Micro-Cap Value Strategy to the institutional community. Mr. McCoy has extensive knowledge of the small/micro-cap space and his work on the subject has been published by the Investment Management Consultants Association.
Primarily working with large endowments and foundations, McCoy Associates recently raised over $140 million for a similar institutional micro-cap strategy.
Compensation to McCoy Associates will be provided out of the existing management fee charged by Morgan Dempsey Capital Management, LLC. Clients are not charged a higher fee as a result of McCoy Associates’ marketing efforts for Morgan Dempsey Capital Management, LLC.
